    Sans Roommates
As several people already know, the roommate situation with my thing too has not been working out. So as of the end of the month I will be sans roommates. This will be the first time I've ever lived by myself, weird. If you want to know details you may ask me privately, I may or may not give answers.

So I am looking for not one, but two roommates at this time. I do have a line on someone from Kansas City, we'll see where that goes.

    Busy Saturday
Looks like I get to start with an adventure in IL. Shattered Crystal is having an event I'm planning on daytripping. Looks like there will be archery! I haven't gotten to do any SCA archery yet this season. So looking forward to that. Then off to Belleville, IL to see my favorite duo perform at the Castletown Geoghegan. If I have any steam left over I'll make an apperance at the D&B Party before heading home.

What Vitamin Are You? - meme
    You Are Vitamin A
You see the world vividly. You are a very visual person, and you pay special attention to colors.
And while you appreciate a sunny, beautiful day - you also like the subtle visuals of night.

You are youthful both in appearance and spirit. You are likely healthier than average.
You shine brightly and are best in small doses. Too much of your company can be overwhelming and even dangerous.

A Four Day Camping Event & Midwest Regional Burn
    April 30 - May 3, 2009

InterFuse 2009 tickets must be purchased in advance, online or by mail order. 1000 InterFuse tickets are available from now until April 9 at Midnight Central Time. You must be an active Midwest Burners Association Member to purchase tickets. Ticket purchases by non-members will be refunded. If you're not a member, please go here to sign up for free membership BEFORE buying tickets: www.midwestburners.com/membership/

The goal of InterFuse is to unite the scattered Burners and potential Burners of the Midwest in the flames of this celebration of Art, Fire, and Life - further spreading the unique Burner Experience through the region.

Like at Burning Man, we will build a temporary city-community of tents, domes, light, dance, fire and music in the wilderness (in this case the forest, not the desert). We will celebrate our diversity continuously from Thursday through Sunday morning. Then we will dismantle our city and Leave No Trace.

There is no vending at InterFuse nor corporate sponsorship. Bring everything you'll need to camp for the duration of your stay.

Come celebrate with Midwest Burners and many, many others as we extend this social phenomenon into America's Heartland!

What to do about art when the art world gets the jitters?

Just a year ago it seemed that the sky was the limit for the art market and all systems were "go" for the expansion of the contemporary art world's public and private infrastructure. Then the music stopped. What lies ahead for the art public now that the money is gone, and what lies ahead for art?
